9th Circus Court of Appeals is protecting your free speech, only if it is fraud and lying about Military Service that is…

Posted by mrfixit on March 22, 2011

I’m all for free speech, but not if it is fraud and lying, that is not and should not be protected, but San Francisco based 9th Circus Court is making sure phony soldiers maintain the ability to fraud freely without fear!

Yep, thanks 9th Circus, that sure makes us all feel so much better…. NOT!

This is more data that shows it is our military and our very system based on honor truth and justice that is under attack.

There is NO reason a blatant act of fraud, this one a claim to have earned the highest military award, should be acceptable free speech, but of course the reason the lefties are so afraid of this is that they are a bunch of liars and this threatens the very foundation of their faith, so they can’t let it stand.

This will result in another, all to common, 9th circus smackdown by the SCOTUS.
